This natural herbal spray is used on traumatic injuries to tendons as with tennis elbow. In Chinese medicine this type of formula would be referred to as Dit Da Jow which refers to an infusion of botanicals that move Blood and Qi and speed up healing with sports injuries and acute traumatic injuries, but this formula has botanical remedies that very warming which benefits the tendons in cases of chronic tendonosis as often seen with tennis elbow and other chronic conditions of the tendons.

This formula is most often employed for chronic pain due to injuries that were not resolved correctly in the past. Pain conditions generally have indications of Blood and Qi Stagnation according to Chinese medicine, so if you have a tendon related injury that improves with heat, this formula is indicated.

Directions for use: For tendonitis and pain apply this formula 3-5 times per day. This formula can be used with our Aches & Pains Therapeutic Bath if this is a chronic injury as wet warm heat can be used during Stage 2 of traumatic injuries, or with chronic conditions. You can also spray this formula onto a wet, warm washcloth and wrap the site of injury during Stage 2 or with old injuries; warm therapies are especially helpful in most cases of tennis elbow.

Tip: Let spray dry completely then put on a dedicated cotton wrap or Ace bandage that may get stained; we use the real, most potent herbs available in this formula for the best result and they do carry a natural pigmentation.
