This would possibly manifest as muscle aches or early to later stages of arthritis that worsens with (cold) wet weather or feels heavy. These botanicals move Blood and Qi and speed up healing, but this particular formula also contains botanical remedies that specifically drain and dry pathogenic Dampness.

Directions for use: Dissolve 1 tablespoon of mix in hot water and add to basin of warm water. Soak feet for 20-30 minutes.
