Foot Soaks and Bath Scrubs
Our founder, Dr. Browne explains, "My fascination with herbal baths began when I had my children almost three decades ago. Herbal baths were much easier to use with babies and children than funny tasting teas and tinctures. Then I read Of People & Plants by Maurice Messegue, an autobiography of a French herbal healer who mainly treated patients with botanical hand and foot soaks, and my interest grew.
I have found hand and foot herbal soaks to be a vital clinical tool for patients who have compromised digestive systems, poor absorption issues, or who simply do not like consuming herbs orally. My formulas are enhanced with pure essential oils making the baths more potent and effective."
Directions for Using Foot Soaks: Dissolve 1 tablespoon of mix in hot water and add to basin of warm water. Soak feet for 20-30 minutes. If you prefer a full-body therapeutic bath you would use 2 tablespoons of the mixture.
