This all natural remedy contains herbs and essential oils that support health skin cell production and repair. This is especially helpful for postpartum women with episiotomy scars as well as scars due to burns, and scars due to cuts and abrasions.
The formula contains beeswax and is quite viscous in nature allowing for a better grip on skin between the forefinger and thumb to apply a scar massage. After the skin has stitched back together, pulling the skin up and rolling it between the fingers helps to prevent deep scaring messy adhesions. However, you must wait until the skin at the site of the scar has completely stitched together before performing the massage; you would simply apply the plaster on to the site of the wound until this occurs.
Directions for use: Apply a small dollop of salve to affected area 5 times per day while wound is healing. Once the skin is stitched together, add in the massage manipulation.
